Organiser and Curator
Next to my practice, which revolves around language and the inbetween, I am also involved in event production, curation and writing. Recently, I’ve collaborated with Chevere, volunteered for Fiber Festival, helped host Radio Kutululu in Prague during the Design Department’s trip, and contributed to the Sandberg Design Department’s social media team. Last year, I initiated (non) verbal horizons, a workshop series at Sandberg exploring language with artists.

During this workshop, participants spent an afternoon exploring constructed, fictional, and asemic languages, among others. There were talks about translation and working with language as a body of text, as well as activities designing personal visual languages. I invited Gersande Schellinx to talk about her work regarding intuitive translation.Radio Kutlulu

Focussing on the connections between language and food as tools of colonisation. Participants cooked and ate a Palestinian menu and shared personal tradiations and cultural values related to food. The “Common Grounds” collective was invited and guided participants with cooking.(non) verbal horizons 1: Subconscious Communication
During this workshop, we collectively explored non-verbal communication andthe hidden aspects of physical expressions, particularly interception, perception of inner-body activities, and the process of synchronization. I invited Laura Papke with her interactive piece “Sonic Driving” and Nika de La Loncha for a performance workshop.
